Do you provide the shirts, or do I?
Can I bring my own shirts/garments for you to print?
For standard orders, we source the garments for you. We have built relationships with the industry's top wholesalers to ensure we are printing on high-quality, predictable fabrics that we trust.
Why do we do this?
Quality Assurance: Not all fabrics play nice with ink. We know exactly how our stock reacts to our presses, ensuring a durable, vibrant print every time.
Inventory Security: If a machine error damages a shirt during production (it’s rare, but it happens in manufacturing!), we can instantly pull a replacement from our stock. If it’s your unique item, we can’t replace it.
Logistics & Speed: Managing the supply chain end-to-end allows us to guarantee accurate counts, correct sizes, and on-time delivery without waiting for third-party shipments.
Have a special circumstance? We make exceptions for Contract & Industrial partners or highly specialized projects. If you have a specific need, please contact us beforehand to discuss eligibility and spoilage policies.
What's the minimum order for screen printing?
Our standard minimum is 24 pieces per design, which keeps pricing competitive. For smaller runs, ask us about alternatives—we're flexible when we can be.
Can you match my brand's exact colors?
Yes. We do PMS color matching to ensure your prints align with your brand standards. Just provide your Pantone codes or a reference sample.
How long does screen printing take?
Standard turnaround is 10-14 business days from artwork approval. Rush orders available for tight deadlines—just let us know upfront.
What file format do you need for artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) work best for screen printing. High-resolution PNGs (300dpi+) can work too. We can help with artwork setup if needed.
How durable are screen printed designs?
Very. Properly cured screen prints outlast most other decoration methods. Expect your prints to hold up through hundreds of washes without cracking or fading.
