Terms & Conditions

  • This version of the Terms & Conditions of Service supersedes all previous versions.

Copyright and Usage Rights

  • The customer confirms that they own or have the necessary permissions for all copyrights and trademarks related to the artwork and materials used in their project.

  • The customer agrees to transfer any exclusive usage rights required to complete the project.

Payment Terms

  • Estimates: While the decorator will provide an estimated cost, additional costs may be necessary to complete the project satisfactorily. These will be communicated promptly.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD):

    • A 50% deposit is required before project production begins.

    • Full payment is due before shipment or pickup.

  • Net 30 Terms:

    • The decorator reserves the right to refuse additional projects on Net 30 terms at any time.

    • Customers with overdue balances are ineligible for Net 30 terms until all outstanding amounts are paid.

    • Late payment fees of 1% of the total project cost per week will be applied to overdue invoices.

Cancellation and Rejection Fees

  • Cancellation Fees: If a project is canceled before production begins but after preparatory work is complete, a 20% fee of the total project cost will be charged.

  • Rejection Fees: If a project is canceled after preparatory work and partial or full production, a minimum of 50% of the project cost or the cost of labor and materials (whichever is greater) will be charged.

Client Alterations

Changes to the project scope requested by the client may incur additional fees. These fees will be communicated promptly.

Taxes

All projects are subject to applicable sales taxes unless the customer provides proof of tax exemption before the sale.

Storage of Goods

  • Long-term storage is not provided.

  • Products shipped to the decorator must be approved for production within 14 days of receipt.

  • Storage fees of $10 per week per box or $100 per week per pallet will apply to products on site for more than 14 days without production approval.

Misprints and Guarantee

  • A misprint tolerance of 2% is standard.

  • Any issues must be reported within 14 calendar days of receipt.

  • Prints within ½” of the proof location are not considered misprints.

  • If a reprint is requested for spoiled pieces after the job is complete and within tolerance, it will be treated as a new job with new pricing.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions of Service at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated.
